The average person speaks at a rate of about 125 words per minute. So, in two minutes, you should be able to speak 250 words. That may not seem like a lot, but if you break it down, it's really not that difficult. Here's a quick and easy way to structure a two-minute speech.

Use the Ethos, Pathos, and Logos Methods.
These come under the model of Persuasion through which not only you can structure your speech but also hook your audience in.
These terms mean -
Ethos stands for Credibility
Pathos stands for Emotion
and Logos stands for Logic
At the beginning of your speech, use ethos to introduce yourself and explain why you're speaking, which will also increase your credibility.
Then, use pathos to change the mood of your audience, and connect with them at a personal or human level. You can do this by telling a story or an experience that evokes certain emotions and make it feel more real.
In the last use logos, give facts and statistics to prove your point, and make the audience believe in what you are saying. Then summarize your main points and leave your audience with a call to action or something to think about.

By following this simple outline, you can easily create a two-minute speech that is clear, concise, and effective.
