Check out our full written review here: https://www.treadmillreviewguru.com/assault-fitness-airbike-elite/ Find out where the AssaultBike Elite ranked among the other best air bikes on the market: https://www.treadmillreviewguru.com/best-air-bike/ Assault Fitness is known for having tried and true air bikes. Their air bikes can be found in commercial and home gyms. They’ve also been used in competitions like the Crossfit Games. The AssaultBike Elite is Assault’s top-of-the-line air bike. It’s solid and feels like a tank to use thanks to its steel frame and hearty design. It weighs 139 lbs but can be easily moved by lifting up the back stabilizer and wheeling it with the front wheels. The stabilizers also have adjustable leveling feet so you can firmly plant the AssaultBike Elite to the floor. You can’t outwork this air bike because it has unlimited resistance with the 27” fan. There are 6 steel blades that move when the pedals and handles move. The faster and harder you work, the harder the resistance gets. This makes it ideal for high-intensity training and quick cardio bursts in your workout routine. It’s great for users of all fitness levels, too. Although beginners might find the AssaultBike Pro to be plenty sufficient, too. The AssaultBike Elite is great for full-body training, but you can do targeted training, too. You can put more effort into using the pedals over the handles, or just use the handles and rest your feet on the footpegs. Both the pedals and footpegs are textured to provide grip so your feet won’t slip. The handles have a nice coating that’s great for getting a good grip. We do wish they came with a few more options for your hands though to target more muscles. This air bike doesn’t require electricity or wifi to use. The console is battery-powered and the LCD screen turns on once the pedals start moving. It’s not backlit so be advised that the screen might be hard to see in darker rooms. It’s non-adjustable but easy to see and stays firmly in place, even when you’re really working out hard. Assault Fitness partnered with the FIIT app to allow you to have a training app option with the AssaultBike Elite. The FIIT app has over 1000+ trainer-led classes that are on-demand. These classes use the air bike, The AssaultRunner Treadmill, dumbbells, and just a mat as well. There are classes for strength training and yoga, too. I was impressed with the quality of the classes and found the instructors to be engaging and motivating. It’s a nice option to have more content with the AssaultBike Elite, on top of the preprogrammed workout modes built into the console. The console has Bluetooth connectivity to connect to the FIIT app and also a compatible heart rate tracker. You can also purchase the FIIT tracker for more connectivity and to see more metrics on the screen and within the app. The AssaultBike Elite is suitable for home gyms and commercial gyms alike. The seat adjusts forward and back with a wide reach and leg span to accommodate users of all sizes, too. We don’t recommend the AssaultBike Elite for shared spaces like apartments because the fan doesn’t make a good amount of sound when you’re using it. It also has a chain drive system which makes excess noise on top of the fan. Chain drive systems can require a little bit of maintenance as well. If you’re looking to amp up your workouts with an air bike, we highly suggest checking out the AssaultBike Elite from Assault Fitness. This brand is known for producing quality air bikes and we like that the AssaultBike Elite works for users of all sizes and abilities. 0:00 - Introduction 0:57 - Construction Overview 5:44 - Console Overview 9:22 - Functionality 10:45 - Conclusion #assaultfitness #assaultbikeelite #assaultairbike |
