"Why did they do this to me."

That was the question asked by national football player, Faisal Halim, after being a victim of an acid attack yesterday.

The matter was shared by FAM president, Datuk Hamidin Mohd Amin, after visiting Faisal in the hospital.

Expressing deep sympathy and sorrow over Faisal's ordeal, he said that the 26-year-old player was also in a traumatised state.

In a conversation with Faisal and his wife, Hamidin said he urged them to focus on health rather than football for the time being.
