Today I'll be giving a short tutorial on how to have a wake induced lucid dream. Wake induced lucid dreams, or WILD for short, are when you enter a lucid dream directly from the waking state. This method can be a little tricky to get down, and so I put off making this tutorial for a long time, but now it's finally here. Learning how to lucid dream using WILD can be done using two different variations of the method, one involving sleep paralysis, and one skipping it. While I personally use the second method without sleep paralysis, I decided to include both in the video for the sake of completion, since different people may prefer one over the other.
