This week’s episode of TB12 Home Turf is all about recovery! Grab your Vibrating Pliability Roller or Sphere, and join us for a circuit of some of our favorite pliability exercises. We believe that your ability to perform is only as good as your ability to recover, so we’re here to help!

We all need recovery – whether it’s from a long day of work, a challenging workout, or the demands of parenting, our bodies have a tendency to break down over time. Pliability work helps improve the blood flow to our muscles and accelerate the recovery process – allowing us to get back to doing what we love without soreness or limitations. Here are the muscle’s we’ll be targeting with today’s pliability work:
