What has happened to the ”Truth“? | Celeste Kew | TEDxYouth@IIL

video thumbnail
Celeste Kew explores in her talk the definition of truth and how we can learn to spot it. She is head of the English department at “Institut International du Lancy“, where she focuses on preparing IB students for their English Literature examinations. Passionate about sharing her knowledge of literature, Celeste's goal is to inspire critical thinking in adolescents, who she believes are increasingly confronted with unreliable and confusing information.
Having taught in 3 countries (South Africa, England and Switzerland) she has been exposed to a rich variety of literature and enjoys the diversity of teaching multi-cultural students. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
