Today your workout consists of single sided strength and cardio bursts! I want you to really target your core and stabilize your body to keep it all working together! I amusing a 10lb, 15lb, 20lb, and 30lb dumbbell. We are working for 50 seconds and resting for 10 seconds during this workout for the entire workout so I need you to crank up the intensity and give yourself a good challenge! Go hard in the cardio bursts and really push the heavy weights on your strength moves! Always be willing to go outside your comfort zone!
