I'm so glad you are here spending this time with me to work hard using our dumbbells to target our whole body and mixing in cardio within the workout! We will be completing 2 rounds of 45 seconds of strength exercise and 4 rounds of 20 seconds of a cardio move! I used 10 lb, 15 lb, and 20 lb dumbbells today but pick weights that challenge YOU where YOU are today!
