Hello everyone and thanks for tuning in to today's video. We're going to look at the weather for the next ten to fourteen days for this video. Day ten will take us to the ninth of August and we'll be able to extend out beyond that with the extended GFS and ECM ensembles (they run to around a couple of weeks) - We'll have a look at the CFS V2 at the end of the video for the next four weeks which takes us well into the second half of August!

Storm Evert is bringing a spell of unseasonable strong winds and heavy rain and the first week to ten days of August will see more cool and unsettled weather.

Looking ahead to the second week of August we may see a few hints of a change to something warmer and drier... Indeed today's GFS 06z is looking very hot towards mid-August... it it's probably an outlier...
