Hello everyone and thanks for tuning in to today's ten day forecast video update. We're going to look at the weather for the next ten to fourteen days. Day ten will take us to 20th April - and we'll be able to extend out beyond that with the extended and ECM ensembles (they run to around a couple of weeks) We'll have a look at the CFS V2 taking us into early May at the end of the video...

Low pressure continues to have an influence on the weather this week with further wet or showery conditions likely in the north and west especially. Southern regions should become drier and warm as high pressure builds up from the south later in the week. The start of next week could bring a cold snap. Looking even further ahead to the rest of next week the models seem to be swinging back to high pressure today, after yesterdays wobble...
