This past Wednesday, FRX announced a three-way merger with On-Demand workout company Beachbody OD, and home cycling studio company Myx Fitness! Upon merger, the ticker symbol will be converted to "BODY'. The merger is scheduled to happen sometime by the end of June 2021, and will result in a valuation of roughly $3 billion dollars!

I'll talk about all of the details in this merger, I'll explain what the other companies involved are and their history, and why this merger may be a GAME CHANGER!!
