Why do you feel insecure about yourself? It may be because of how you feel about these 4 things:
1) How do I feel about myself? 2) How do you feel about me? 3) How do I feel about you? 4) How do you feel about yourself? Change your focus. If you usually focus on yourself and what others think of you, it's easy to feel insecure. Take note that it's not all about you. Face your fears. Answer your "what ifs". Shift your mindset from "you have to" into "choose to". The former makes you "force" to do something. Whereas if you "choose to", then you have that power within you to decide to act on something.
