Gastritis or acidity that we commonly see nowadays is because of our lifestyle, irregular food habits, taking junk food, all these causes gastritis. To manage gastritis with ayurveda first you have to correct your lifestyle. Make sure that you are taking the food properly according to the timings and avoid the junk food and oily food, food which contain lot of fat, oil, spicy. Make sure that after your every meal you should have at least 3 hours gap. Once you feel very much bloated after a meal take a little bit of dhanya and jeera, make a decoction and take it. It will be able to relieve the gas or acidity which will be causing you discomfort. Along with that there are some simple drugs which could be used to healing the problem. Amla is the best medicine for acidity. The amla juice can be used for relieving the gastric problem and once you go to bed you have to understand that one glass of warm water which will be very much beneficial. So when you are getting up before brushing make sure that you are taking one glass of warm water along with the amla juice which will be relieving all the acidity before taking any food. This can be a good start for each and every person.
