When a human being inflicts the most horrendous things on another human being, it is easy to think they are insane or just plain evil and were probably born that way and always destined to kill.

However in this documentary that was not the case, this murderer was very much influenced by a member of his family, and if he hadn't been exposed to some of the things he was from a young age, then name Richard Ramirez, may never have been added to our list of Murderous minds.

Here we look at the disturbing story of the Man who became known as the Night Stalker, and whose hideous reign of evil terrorised the community of Los Angeles and San Francisco in a two-year killing spree that shook the world.
