HOW TO DO : -
Put the cornstarch in the bowl.
Pour water in the bowl too.
Mix the cornstarch and water.
Punch the cornstarch.

How easy or tough is it to punch the cornstarch?

WHY THIS HAPPENS?
When the cornstarch and water mixed is punched, it turns solid. This happens because the water gets trapped in the molecules of the starch, thus making this solution firm.

Here are some questions for you. What is cornstarch used for? How is this property of cornstarch useful in cooking? Ask your mother! Try making something using cornstarch and see how it helps you.
