Let's have fun today and burn more calories and lose weight faster! I'm using 2 sets of dumbbells,
10 Lb set Ann 8 Lb Simply put, a cardio burst is a short, intense of cardiovascular exercise — including bodyweight resistance moves like jumps or hops, or high-intensity cardio — which is done between strength moves. So, we add cardio bursts during strength training exercises. Resistance training exercises like squats, dead lift and lunges to increase muscle strength.
