I'm using set of 8 lbs dumbbells today. This weight loss challenge is very effective series of weight loss workout which help you to get slim and strong! Be patient! Incorporating cardio and strength training with yoga is a superb way to stay completely fit. Cardio will keep your heart healthy, strength training will keep your muscles and joints strong, yoga will keep you lean and prevent injury in the other two areas.

1. Cultivate a growth mind-set
It’s very important to challenge ourselves and be open to new experiences and to always remember that we never stop learning and growing which is the most exciting part of being alive.

2. Ask questions
Questions are the keys to unlock a whole of exciting treasures of human abilities. Great questions to ask ourselves or others are: How, who, what, when, where and the best one of all…why? It is also important to question the answers. Its amazing what we can unconditionally when we dig deeper

3. Feel the fear and be curious anyway
Many times we afraid being curious because we fear what we may discover. Being optimistic and approaching every situation with the intention of discovering something new and useful can help us to live a more fulfilling, exciting and interesting life.

Conclusion

As humans, we have limitless possibilities for our growth and transformation.  We can be more than we are, do more than we do, and definitely more to humanity. We base our limitations on our beliefs, actions we take, as well as past experiences of being successful or unsuccessful.
If you believe nothing exists beyond a certain level/boundary, then you’ll never discover new possibilities. The most extraordinary things are accomplished by ordinary people doing something a little extra and stepping outside their personal comfort zone.
