In this video, let's talk about three things you need in order to set focused, effective goals for 2021! I’ve also learned the hard way there are 3 things your goals need to be to be successful, especially long term.

I’ve been there - setting goals in January that I don’t remember in February, much less for a whole 12 months. I’ve also done the “word of the year” thing and liked it mostly, except that it was so vague there was no real way of knowing if I achieved it or not.

In this video, I'm sharing the 3 keys to goal setting, but I’ll also expand on how I set my own goals with part two, coming soon!
