#ImliwalaPani #KalaChanaChaat #KhattiChanaChaat Ingredients for Imli Khatta Pani: Tamarind Pulp 1 cup Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste Black pepper powder 1 tsp Honey 1 tbsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Water 2 cups Vinegar 1 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp Chaat masala 1 tsp Ingredients for Kala Chana Chaat: Black chickpeas (soaked) 1/2 kg Potatoes 1/2 kg Water (for boiling) as required Tomatoes (chopped) 2 cups Onion (chopped) 2 cups Green coriander (chopped) as required Cabbage (chopped) 1 cup Chaat masala as required Imli khatta pani as required Directions for Imli Khatta Pani Preparation: 1. In a pan add tamarind pulp, salt, black pepper, honey, red chili powder, lemon juice, water, vinegar, sugar, chaat masala and cook for 2-3 minutes or until starts to boil. 2. Take off flame and let it cool at room temperature. Directions for Kala Chana Chaat Preparation: 1. In a pot heat water, add black chickpeas and boil until fully done. Strain and aside. 2. In a pot heat water, add potatoes and boil until fully done. Strain and aside. 3. In a bowl boiled chickpeas, potatoes, tomatoes, onion, coriander, cabbage, imli khatta pani, chaat masala and mix well. 4. Your street style kala chana chaat is ready. Serve and enjoy.
