* The case against Agnes Setshwantsho, who was arrested for the alleged murder of her niece to claim insurance money, is expected to continue today in the Molopo Magistrate's Court in the North West.
* Former president of South Africa, Jacob Zuma who backs the MK party says the ANC lacks strong arguments in the MK logo and trademark case. The ANC is seeking an interdict against the MK Party, claiming that the MK name and logo are part of its heritage and intellectual property. ANC secretary general Fikile Mbalula maintains that the name- Umkhonto we Sizwe - belongs to the ANC. Judgment has been reserved in the matter. * The Durban magistrate's court has postponed the bail application of five men accused of the murders of Kiernan AKA Forbes and his friend, - Tebello Motsoane to next Tuesday. The court heard yesterday that police are probing the possibility that the accused acted as a gang prior to this case. Opposing bail, the State handed in a sworn affidavit by Detective Bob Pillay - who is part of the police team investigating the case. * Senegal's Electoral Commission has announced that opposition candidate Bassirou Diomaye Faye has won over 54 percent of the votes in Senegal's presidential election, with ruling coalition candidate Amadou Ba taking over 35 percent.Faye is set to be Africa's youngest elected president. The commission says there was a 61 percent turnout in the presidential elections. An official announcement of the election results will be made tomorrow.
