Hashimoto's Thyroiditis is an autoimmune condition defined by hypothyroidism (low Thyroid Hormone). During times of high stress, vitamin depletion, stress, poor diet and underlying illness, the symptoms of Hashimoto's Disease flare up or become more intense.
