Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd has expanded its payment systems to allow credit and debit cards to be used at all its stations.

The cards can be used to purchase tickets as well as top up Touch 'n Go cards and My50 and MyCity passes, effective yesterday.

They can be used at all customer service counters at the stations and are meant to complement the existing cash and QR code payment methods.

Rapid Rail in a statement said that this new payment method is aimed at providing convenience and enhancing the efficiency of the purchasing process for Rapid KL users.

Passengers will no longer have to worry about carrying cash or finding an ATM machine as the transaction process will now be safer and smoother.
