Madison Van Dine who has been inspired by nurses throughout her life had decided to follow the path of nursing herself. While attending Ohio University she fell into severe depression and moved back home. It wasn't easy but Van Dine decided to start pre-nursing classes again at Lorain County Community College and graduated in December 2021, with the Florence Nightingale Student Nurse Award for Nursing Excellence.
