30 MINUTE INTENSE FULL BODY HIIT - This workout was intense! That title doesn't lie. These 30 minute workouts are packed full so that you get the most bang for your buck in a short period of time. This format feels like a no repeat as we are doing 1 exercise, 3 rounds, then moving on to the next one. Grab your dumbbells, let's get that heart rate up and move daily.

Format: 30 seconds work/10 seconds rest -repeat each exercise 3x, then move on.
You will need: A variety of dumbbells
