Yesterday, before my statement was taken, relating to the allegations of abuse of power, approval of tax exemption to Yayasan Albukhary, I was told that the Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) has made the decision to charge me.

How is it possible that the decision to prosecute me was made before my statement was taken?

I found out that the decision to charge me was made earlier, by the country's most powerful leadership before the investigation was completed.
