Program Analysts at the NIH are responsible for planning, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the operating programs. The Program Analyst provides programmatic support to a research organization by developing and implementing systems to monitor and enhance the operations of the Division in matters related to research development, strategic planning, and special short-term and long-term projects.
