Recently, I made a video of what I eat in a day as a minimalist.
Then, many people would say things like,
"I like traditional Japanese food".
So today, I would like to try making traditional Japanese recipes from morning to night.
Thinking about traditional Japanese food, I referred to the usual meals eaten in 1975.
In 1975, Japan was said to have the healthiest and most nutritionally balanced diet.
So, today I'm going to recreate recipes from that year .
In the past, when people used to cook in a kimono, they would wrap strings around the kimono, so that sleeves wouldn't get in the way.
So, let’s get started!
