The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has taken over the investigation into the blast at Rameshwaram Cafe in Bengaluru. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) transferred the case to NIA, which has registered it. The low-intensity explosion at the Brookfield outlet of Rameshwaram Cafe on March 1 left at least 10 people injured. Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara assured the public that the accused would be apprehended soon, mentioning the collection of 40-50 CCTV footage of the blast. Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah urged the opposition not to make the situation political. Deputy CM DK Shivakumar also reacted to the incident.
