The Least You Can Do Vs The Most You Can Bear!

Today’s topic is something I learned from Tom Bilyeu – co-founder of Quest Nutrition.

The idea is to give up on the things that give you short-term gratification in exchange for long-term results and satisfaction.

Personally, I USED to be guilty of seeing what is the least I could do but soon realised it only took me further from my goals. If you do this long enough, you can find yourself in an extremely bad situation.

What do YOU need to do to achieve the goals you are working towards Keep your eyes on the prize while putting in the effort to accomplish what you set out to do. Remind yourself of the benefits of achieving the long-term goals you are working towards.
