Although shodan test day, we still had to get through the first class. It was a tough one, particularly as we started with static kamae practice. Luckily Higa Sensei didn't keep us in it for his usual 30 minutes left and 30 minutes right and we got the blood flowing for the most important test of the Senshusei course.
