I will show you step-by-step how to create two rustic paint effects using simple materials and techniques. All you need is cheap acrylic paint and chalk pastels. The end results are impressive, but the process is very simple. Don't be intimidated. These techniques were able to make a cheap, Dollar Tree dresser look like an antique. Chalk pastels are cheap and are an excellent investment. You can buy some on Amazon for $6 or so for 48 colors. I don't have any links to share but I'll share some advice: do not buy oil pastels for the technique described in the video. Oil pastels will not work for this purpose because they aren't dry and chalky. I have been toiling away learning how to film and edit videos for YouTube. I have lots of projects planned. I plan to do more Dollar Tree furniture makeovers, lots of tutorials for creating miniature accessories and furniture, tutorials, book nooks and dioramas. I also have Harry Potter projects planned including the Gryffindor Common Room. Please Like, Comment, Share & Subscribe to support my efforts and so you don't miss out on future videos.
