So in today's video, I'm talking about my favourite healthy food swaps. Because truthfully, I hate dieting. I hate eating lower calories. I hate being in a calorie deficit. But need's must. So when I do embark on a fat loss journey, it's great having a number of food swaps you can make to make a low calorie meal feel less like less of a low calorie meal.

And that's where high volume foods come in. So high volume foods are foods that you can eat quite a big portion of for very few calories and they're the saving grace for many dieters. And it's great because the inclusion of these high volume foods doesn't mean the exclusion of other foods. Instead, you can simply just reduce the portions of some of your higher volume choices, make room for your lower volume choices and voila, a nice low calorie high volume meal which sometimes looks even bigger than the original - eat double for less calories 😉

And one thing I haven't mentioned yet is protein. Because on any lower calorie diet, protein is important to retain or even build muscle. But don't worry. Some of my 10 high volume food swaps are high protein sources, teeing you up to make some high protein high volume meals.
