I tried a dopamine detox for 7 days. There's a lot of hype and misinformation around dopamine detoxing and dopamine fasting. As a doctor, I wanted to explore it and take a practical approach to how it could be done in an evidence-based way to improve my focus. My dopamine detox involved quitting social media, video games, and other things. I learned a LOT about myself from this challenge, and I'll share my results of how I reset my mind in this video.
