Overview of features and settings including snipping modes, time delay, markup tools, crop, touch writing, snip outline border, and multiple snip settings. In this video we are creating a Windows 11 Quick Reference Guide and we want to insert a screen grab of the Snap Layout hover menu. We can do this using the Snipping Tool time delay feature.
