FULL BODY CALORIE KILLER (my favourite one) In this video I will show you the best way to do cardio with a NO EQUIPMENT TABATA DAILY WORKOUT with a FULL BODY ROUTINE. My recommendation is doing this as soon as you wake up, when you are still fasting but if you can not simply do it anytime.

Tabata is a form of high-intensity physical training (HIIT). Exercise in which very short periods of extremely demanding activity are alternated with shorter periods of rest, typically over a period of four minutes.

You will burn 180 calories in total and still burning calories the rest of the day!!!

With this tabata class you will burn more calories in less time than doing a traditional bored cardio. This 12 Minute Full Body Tabata Workout is created for intermediate and advanced people.
