The death toll from the powerful earthquakes that have rocked Turkey and neighbouring Syria on Monday has surpassed 3500, with thousands more injured, after a second quake hit the region. In other news, the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is expected to hike the cash rate for the ninth straight time, with majority predicting a 0.25 per cent increase, while others have warned of a potential 0.5 per cent rise.
