How I structure my mornings to maximize Flow states (and how I fail)

The perfect morning routine - haven't we all seen these videos here on YouTube? While I often manage to get up on time and do something for my physical and mental fitness too, there are probably just as many mornings where I hit the snooze button for like a hundred times… That's why I share both my best and worst mornings as well as tips for building a productive morning routine tailored towards maximizing Flow states.
