As an investor, your goal should buy REITs that increase their dividends and are powerful REITs. Ultimately, powerful REITs like Realty Income ( O Stock) NNN REIT, and STORE Capital (STOR), will help you earn passive income. These REITs help me earn passive income and help me with my dividend investing strategy to earn passive income. Therefore, earning dividends with REITs will help me earn great dividend income.
