A short video explaining my reasoning for eating a kiwifruit daily. There are a tremendous amount of health benefits associated with kiwifruits, especially vitamin C. In the past I had trouble managing my addiction to candy and anything sweet. But now, eating one kiwifruit per day has reduced my cravings for sugar and improved my diet as a whole.
