Add this Tabata Workout to your morning routine and notice a difference within even just a couple weeks!

This 12 Minute workout is the first of my new 12 Minute Fat Burn Series. Each week you can expect to get a new challenging minutes of fat burning exercises you can do in your living room!

We will be introducing more weighted workouts, cardio workouts, and even chair workouts! Get ready to be challenged but also be efficient with your time working out!

This workout follows Tabata intervals (20 seconds working, 10 seconds active rest). You can expect to be sweating by the end of this workout (especially if you choose to do it outside in the summer sun)
