The Freestrider FS5i is a new, more affordable Freestride trainer from Nordictrack. It's a bit pared-down but you still get the main benefit of the Freestride elliptical: a highly adjustable stride up to 38 inches long.

By choosing your own stride, you can do short stair-stepping motions, longer jogging motions or even longer hurdling type strides. So you get 3 machines in one.
