Who will host the 2014 European finals? Both Poland and Sweden are lined up and competing to be selected! But what does it take? With 20 candidates, hundreds of fans and spectators, and a gala diner, the European finals are very similar to the international funal un Lyon. That calls for incredible infrastructures, and seamless organizing.

The Swedish candidature is supported by the greatest chef os the country but also by the Consul of France, the Mayor of Stockholm and the Minister of Tourism and Agriculture. All are mobilized and determined to show the seriousness and advantages of the Swedish candidature, hoping to convince the organizing committee.

On the agenda: meeting with Swedish officials, as well as a tour of the city and its exhibition hall that may have the privilege of hosting the 2014 Bocuse d'Or Europe.
