- Bocuse d'Or Weekly News #28 WorldWide Alliance: young talents from around the world -
There is great excitement at the Paul Bocuse Institute... Today ends the Worldwide Alliance, an educational program dedicated to foreign students.

Each year, the best students of 12 universities are being sent to improve their knowledge of French cuisine. After 4 months of training, just before their graduation, an ultimate challenge awaits them. They have 2 hours to deliver 2 dishes: one with prawns, the other with pork tenderloin.

An opportunity to put in practice what they've learned and express their own culinary culture. For Hervé Fleury, President of the Institute, it's a sort of "mini Bocuse d'Or". So, it might very well be that we find one of these future chefs on the podium...!
