Reaching 10% body fat can seem very daunting, and for good reason. Losing body fat through diet, cardio, and changing your lifestyle often leads to a routine that is not sustainable. What happens if you reach your goal of losing your lower back fat, losing your love handles, losing your lower abdomen but to get there is not how you want to stay there?

This is full day of eating while i have been holding at 10% body fat for a while. Once you reach your goal weight you can adjust the plan, it's much harder to lose body fat than it is to keep it off. How you get shredded will have a lot to say about staying there.
