Join me in this episode and learn how to cook a delightful bowl of garlic turmeric rice. Let's begin Ingredients: 7-8 curry leave's 6-7 pieces of garlic 1/2 onion 1/2 capsicum 2 green chili 1/2 tsp chili flake 3 tbsp cooking oil mix veg(pea, corn, carrot etc.) 1 1/2 cups basmati rice (cooked) 1 tsp turmeric salt(according to taste) Directions: 1. Finely chop the garlic, curry leaves, onion, green chili, and capsicum 2. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium-low heat. Add 2 tbsp of oil 3. Cook the garlic and onions, and chili for 6-7min. Add the Chili flakes, salt, and turmeric. 4. Add basmati cooked rice (1-1/2 bowl) and mix veg. 6. cook it for 2-3 min and at last add coriander leaves. |
