A Birthday Tribute to Chef Bocuse from the CIA |
|
As the world continues to mourn the passing of legendary French chef Paul Bocuse, The Culinary Institute of America celebrates his life on what would have been his 92nd birthday. From his many memorable visits with students...to sending his own son to the CIA...to having a campus restaurant named in his honor...Paul Bocuse has long held a special place in the CIA’s history. It’s an entirely fitting legacy for the man hailed as “the most important chef in history” by CIA President Tim Ryan. Happy birthday, Chef Bocuse!
