This indoor cycling workout will help you to improve your fitness and power. We use the beautiful Passo Valparola in Alta Badia in the Dolomites.

This workout session is a classic. It's going to burn! You'll do a brief warm-up, then a series of 40/20 intervals on your indoor trainer or spin bike. The 40-second intervals are maximal before you recover for 20 seconds.
