The NordicTrack EXP 7i Treadmill is NordicTrack’s most compact treadmill. It uses a hydraulic folding arm to softly lower the treadmill deck to the ground once unfolded. The compact design of the EXP 7i makes it the perfect NordicTrack for shared spaces. It weighs around 200 lbs and has two transport wheels. If you need to move the NordicTrack EXP 7i a short distance, it is feasible, though not all exercisers may be able to do this alone.

The EXP 7i has a steel frame. It is covered by a 10-year warranty. There’s also a 2-year warranty on parts and a 1-year warranty for labor.

The 20” x 55” deck provides shock absorption. It is a little shorter than some of NordicTrack’s other running treadmills. Runners with long strides may run out of room when running at high speeds. The treadmill has a maximum speed of 10 mph, which should be sufficient for most runners. The incline range is 0 to 12%.

iFIT provides all of the onscreen content for the NordicTrack EXP 7i. There are thousands of training classes to choose from. Treadmill classes provide personalized training with speed changes that automatically adjust according to your fitness level. The incline will adjust to mimic the real terrain shown on the screen. iFIT also has classes for off the treadmill, like elliptical, exercise bike, strength, and yoga training classes.

You can view all of the iFIT content on the 7-inch touchscreen display or train via manual mode. The NordicTrack EXP 7i is a great treadmill turned smart when paired with iFIT, but it also good for users who choose not to subscribe.
