20 MINUTE BARBELL WORKOUT FOR WOMEN|| 5 Moves, four rounds||

Using a barbell we will cycle through 4 rounds of 5 exercises taking about 20 minutes.
The exercises are:
1. Barbell Backsquat
2. Static Lunge
3. Deadlift
4. Bent over row
5. Shoulder Press
