Costco大块牛小排好吃又简单的做法❗只用4种佐料,💯汁多肉嫩|烤牛排骨|Beef Short Ribs Recipe

Beef short ribs bone-in 中文称之为带骨牛小排,肉质嫩且厚,肥的部分也适中,我用的是Costco大块没有切开的,特别适合低温慢烤。如果牛排肉比较厚,要相应延长烤的时间。

Ingredients 用料:
3 lbs (1.36 kg) beef short ribs bone in 带骨牛小排
1tbsp salt 盐
1tbsp black pepper 黑胡椒粉
1tbsp smoked paprika 熏制红椒粉 https://amzn.to/3CJGVLq
1tbsp avocado oil 酪梨油
1/2 cup barbecue sauce 烧烤酱 https://amzn.to/3Y2rxSx

烤箱提前预热275°F (135°C),先烤三个半小时(注:如果牛排肉比较厚,要相应延长烤的时间)
然后烤箱温度升高至350°F (180°C),敞开烤15-20分钟
